We are currently working with a French company that is a world leader in end-to-end smart mobility and mobility management, including innovative parking solutions, EV charging, mobility management, and more. A Street Smart hub is a Mobility as a Service solution that municipalities can offer to their citizens and visitors, giving them a unified and highly customizable user experience of on-street and off-street parking, EV charging, curbside management, and transportation through different sales channels, like mobile applications or on-street terminals.
If you like to work with us, let us share our need for competencies - we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer.
Your daily responsibilities
the high degree of autonomy and the initiative to get things done.
doing things with support from a team of tribe leads, squad leaders, Product Owners, business analysts, and your colleague UI/UX designers.
delivering excellent UX/UI and being recognized for this.
developing appropriate hypotheses for design solutions.
leading projects through a complete design process, including giving proper guidance to the development team.
implementing a global strategy and balancing this with localized needs.
use the user testing and the design thinking process,
implementing qualitative and quantitative data into your designs.
We need you to have
both understand and implement a global strategy and balance this with localized needs. You should be familiar with user testing and the design thinking process, as well as be able to implement qualitative and quantitative data into your designs.
have a degree in a relevant field of study or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience in your CV and a robust portfolio
experience working on B2SMB or B2C product
are reliable and competent in your craft
a minimum of 5 years of similar experience, and are equally skilled in cross-platform design for mobile and web applications.
strive for excellence
design an end-to-end user experience using requirements, research results, and currently existing design components.
maintain the brand strategy in UI designs
deliver quality solutions with wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user journey maps/storyboards, and flow diagrams
collaborate effectively with product management, digital marketing, development, and other designers in several countries, both in-person and remotely
please have experience with user research and testing, A/B testing, and other feedback methodologies, and when it's appropriate to use them
have excellent communication skills
have experience with Figma
speak and write business English

B2B or employment contract
monthly remuneration offered: 900 - 1250 PLN net/ day on B2B and 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross/ month on the employment agreement
