We are currently working with a French company that is a world leader in end-to-end smart mobility and mobility management, including innovative parking solutions, EV charging, mobility management and more. A Street Smart hub is a Mobility-as-a-service solution that municipalities can offer to their citizens and visitors, giving them a unified and highly customizable user experience of on-street and off-street parking, EV charging, curbside management and transportation through different sales channels, like mobile applications or on-street terminals.

Your daily responsibilities
Champion data culture and practices, enabling the team to build better, more reliable, automated, and secure data products.
Design and implement streaming data pipelines and batch data pipelines.
Manage the processes of ingesting, profiling, extracting, cleaning, transforming, normalizing, organizing, loading, and documenting diverse portfolios of data assets.
Implement data quality, data catalogue and integrity monitoring to identify and resolve data issues proactively.
Design and implement solutions to support data lakes and data warehousing.
Work across diverse teams within our organization to ensure the data infrastructure meets solution requirements.
Collaboratively determine the best approaches for managing data under business, technical, compliance, privacy, and ethical constraints.
Work with other data SMEs and stakeholders to ensure data assets are FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
Contribute to an open, creative, and collaborative culture where everyone feels accountable for shaping the future.
We need you to have
Experience in data engineering and data infrastructure.
Proficiency in leveraging open-source data and analytics ecosystems.
Proficiency in query languages for data queries like SQL, noSQL
Experience in Python for data processing
Experience with Big Data and streaming technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Apache Kafka and Redpanda.
Experience working with data workflow (ETL) tools and platforms like Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, StreamSets, or Talend.
Familiarity with various databases, data warehouses, and data lake technologies, including PostgreSQL, MinIO, Apache Iceberg, and Apache Druid.
Experience with NoSQL database technologies, such as Redis and Elasticsearch.
Comfort working in an Agile environment within a cross-functional and globally distributed team, including offshore teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
