We are currently working with a French company that both develops and integrates microservices of a new platform which creates faster asynchronous, robust and more efficient scalable data traceability solutions for online eGaming operators (Online Gambling Industry). This solution provides them with a single digital vault software to immediately, easily and cost-efficiently comply with the laws regarding data traceability and secure storage in different countries.
Online Gaming Vault is the only digital vault service compliant with requirements in Bulgaria, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands Greece, and Argentina (Buenos Aires). Docaposte continuously monitors regulatory changes to maintain its service compliance and add additional jurisdictions as they arise. It is award winning solution (Global Regulatory Awards 2022)!
Overall, the Functional Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering value to customers through efficient and effective analysis and communication.

Your daily responsibilities
Analyze and understand the legal technical guidelines from the online gaming authorities and transform them into technical artefacts for the development team ensuring the product is 100% compliant with the regulatory environment of each country. Each country has their own rules and restrictions.
Work closely with the development team to create the product and features technical requirements.
Provide analysis support and prepare documentation such as business cases, user stories, functional workflows, and sequence diagrams (UML).
Act as a bridge between the customers, the regulatory authorities, and the technical teams and communicate the solution back to the business teams.
Respond to product information requests from product stakeholders such as project teams, integrators/onboarding engineers, pre-sales, and customers.
Create and maintain the product release documentation, eg.:
- Product Functional Description (PFD)
- Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)
- API Developer Guide (SDD)
- Data model records mapping etc.
Update requirements as needed.
Create the customer-specific feature documentation if needed.
Balance multiple products, alongside projects, and complete product deliverables.
On-time delivery or early risk-rising
We need you to have
Previous experience as a functional or business analyst in an IT delivery function.
Experience performing analysis and management at all levels of the organization, building, and maintaining relationships.
Experience in using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Problem-solving skills for complex B2B and B2C use cases.
Workshop facilitation, and active participation in Scrum events (including facilitation and support)
Would be great if you have
Knowledge or interest in the online gaming domain could be advantageous
Basic experience and understanding of regulatory requirements and delivering value to customers through efficient and effective analysis and communication
Ability to understand Open API specification of RESTful services alongside practical usage of test tools (e.g.: Swagger, Postman)
Understanding of RESTful microservices architecture design principles (Resources, Methods, Decoupling)

monthly remuneration offered: 600 - 800 PLN net on B2B and 10.000 - 13.000 PLN gross on the employment agreement (UoP)
