A candidate for the position should be a strategic and creative decision maker, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision, be highly adaptive and welcoming to change and be highly organized.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Be a strong business partner and advisor to Incubly Board and Founders on all HR related matters.

  • Own HR processes (recruitment, employer branding, company culture, HR administration).

  • Lead HR recruitment team and cooperation with HR partners/vendors.

  • Play a leading role in the designing and implementation of business-wide recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, reporting, and vendor management.

  • Help to build the culture of organization based on the following values: Engaged and autonomous teams, Commitment to business, Achievers, Relators, Technology genius.

  • Plan, establish and oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.

  • HR administration according to Polish labour law.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and procedures and ensure that there is a consistent and positive candidate experience, which increases the prospects of acquisition and retention of talent for the business.

  • Advising management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.

  • Partner with management and employees to enhance employee engagement.

  • Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met. · Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations where required.

We need you to have

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner role.

  • Experience in a recruiting position, preferably as a senior recruiter in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication & influencing skills. · Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights.

  • Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders. · Problem solving & strategic thinking attitude.

  • Fluent English.

Would be great if you have

  • Interest in IT / software solutions and experience in working in an IT company.

  • Experience or interest in Employer Branding and professional Social Media presence - to make our brand known among our potential employees.

  • Experience in cooperation with universities or tech communities.

  • Confidence as communicator and influencer, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proven creative problem solving skills and high level of personal resilience.

Our offer

  • Remuneration: 10.000 – 15.000 PLN gross / month on employment agreement (UoP) - depending on seniority and experience.
