We are currently working with a US-based company on a cloud-based platform responsible for management of industrial IOT devices, ingesting, storing and processing their monitoring measurements. The platform allows to manage and monitor millions of devices installed in locations all over the world.

As a (Senior) DevOps Engineer, you will become a part of the Global DevOps (GDO) team, that is responsible for entire runtime infrastructure as well as CI/CD toolkit used by the cloud platform. You will be delegated to a scrum team to support development of new features as well as improve automation and operability of the platform. You will be a trusted advisor within the experienced technical team, ensuring the development process is aligned with the DevOps practices.
Your daily responsibilities
Manage and monitor of runtime environments for a distributed platform
Configure and maintain CI/CD toolkit used by the development teams in their day-to-day work
Implement features improving availability, scalability and observability of the platform
Implement monitoring dashboards and alerts for cloud infrastructure
Apply DevOps and SRE best practices in scrum team
Support troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure incidents and fix potential defects
Maintain compliance with Well Architected Framework
We need you to have
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
Experience with AWS services and Infrastructure-as-a-Code approach
Strong automation skills
Good understanding of continuous integration and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with different zero-downtime deployment scenarios
English knowledge at min B2 level
Would be great if you have
Experience with document and/or time-series databases (MongoDB, InfluxDB) as well as message brokers (Kafka)
Experience with log collectors, monitoring tools and APMs (DataDog, SumoLogic)
Understanding of Java Memory Model and basic performance engineering skills
Working experience on platforms with strict security requirements

Remuneration for Senior DevOps positions: 1300 - 1400 PLN net/day on B2B and 21000 – 25000 zł / month on the employment agreement
