We are currently working with a french company that provides innovative solutions to help guarantee the security and legal value of paperless transactions and electronic contracting processes while offering an optimized user experience, across multiple channels, whether online, mobile, in-branch or over the phone.
The solutions allow users to commit to a contract and guarantee the integrity of that commitment through a digital signature function. It also generates enforceable proof that can be used in the event of a dispute.
The solutions are compliant with the European eIDAS Regulation* framework on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market to create, validate and preserve simple, advanced and qualified signatures.
Electronic contracting and paperless transactions are major strategic tools for strengthening customer relationships, accelerating business growth and improving efficiency. Transforming a contracting process to make it entirely electronic requires securing and giving legal value to transactions, agreements and documents involved.

Your daily responsibilities
Deliver features based on functional specification and cooperation with the Product Owner and Functional Analyst
Ensure the best software quality by writing tests for any code changes and participating in the code review process
Add technical information regarding code changes to the product's release notes
Implement and improve non-functional product items eg: High Availability, performance, platform monitoring
Prepare and perform software patching due to security constraints, libraries EOL etc
Support pair developers in day-to-day tasks
Improving technical and domain knowledge
Prepare technical input for product documentation eg: install guide, certification documentation etc
Provide estimation input for roadmap items drawn by the Product Owner
Explain technical issues with non-technical team members eg: Product Owner
Support L3 in fast-tracking blocking issues
Contributes to common libraries used across products
Keep technical debt of product on low level
Guiding development team in software development and general engineering practices
Technical mentoring of developers in the team
Work with the team to analyze and estimate backlog and plan development tasks
We need you to have
Strong knowledge and experience in Java (8 to 11+)
Working experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, WEB Services (REST and Soap)
Working experience with Kubernetes / Docker, GIT, Gitflow and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
General knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and practices, including current industry trends
Leadership skills and experience in leading or mentoring developers
Willingness to share knowledge with the team
Knowledge of applications of software design patterns
Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools
Familiarity with an Agile development process (Scrum)
An analytical mindset focused on problem-solving
Business level understanding of the product architecture
Ability to read the functional specifications and write technical documentation
Good command of English
Strong time estimation skills, and a track record of achieving deadlines
Would be great if you have
Experience with MongoDB, Oracle, Hazelcast in-memory DB
Knowledge about PKI mechanisms: Cryptography, Certificates, HSM
Working experience with commercial software development, testing and deployment processes (Testlink)
Working experience with cloud services based on API; OpenAPI

monthly remuneration offered: 1.100 - 1.300 PLN net on B2B and 19.000 - 21.500 PLN on the employment agreement
