We are currently working with a fintech startup from Austin in Texas, whom we support in software engineering. Our client can boast of implementation in Latin America market, and new countries/regions planned. If you like to work with us, let us share our need for competences.


As a Senior/Mid Developer (.NET Core), you will be part of development team based in Poland. You will work on implementation of modular, scalable, reliable cloud native microservices exposed to customers in SaaS model.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Use general engineering practices

  • Work with the team to analyze, estimate and implement development tasks

  • Participate in scaled agile delivery process

  • Implement modular, cloud native, dockerized, .NET Core microservices deployed to AWS

  • Writing testable, scalable and efficient code (including unit tests and automated component tests)

  • Participate in code review process to ensure application quality, consistency and spread of good engineering practices

  • Troubleshoot and investigate production technical issues within microservices owned by your team

We need you to have

  • Knowledge and experience in C# and .NET Core

  • General knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle and practices

  • Proficiency in using GIT

  • Familiar with an Agile development process

  • Experience working with solutions hosted on public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

  • Ability to remotely co-operate with stakeholders based in US (TX) & Latin America

  • Time estimation skills

Would be great if you have

  • Experience developing modular, microservice based, cloud-native applications

  • Basic knowledge of non-functional aspects of solutions (performance, HA, resiliency, security)

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (eg. MongoDB)

  • Experience with event-driven systems

  • Experience with Web (ASP.NET MVC, Razor) and Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript)

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tooling

  • Familiar with Docker containers and building .NET Core apps on Linux

  • Experience using Jira as an Agile development tracking tool

  • Fintech experience and working with certification/regulatory requirements
