Your daily responsibilities

  • Identify and attract talent, as well as proactively maintain a pipeline of experts / engineers to join Incubly;

  • Posting job offers (NoFluffJobs,, LinkedIn, Bulldogjob);

  • Active search and posting on LinkedIn;

  • Presence in the online tech communities;

  • Lead own recruitment processes: set strategy, perform interviews and participate in recruitment meetings, provide recommendations on hiring matters, present offers to candidates;

  • Monitor and continuously improve the external & internal candidate journeys whilst providing data to measure the effectiveness of the attraction strategy and to continuously improve recruitment approach;

  • Build exceptional relationships and become valued as a trusted partner to all Incubly employees, partners and candidates;

  • Apply best practices from the market, fitting the organizational needs;

  • Take care and actively build modern and democratic company culture – propose events and initiatives that raises employee’s awareness, engagement and confidence;

  • Support charity and ecology initiatives.

We need you to have

  • Knowledge & experience of talent attraction;

  • Experience of managing a recruitment pipeline;

  • Strong delivery / hands-on personality, accountable for recruitment processes; 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement - ability to build effective relationships in a challenging environment, act as trusted business partner to senior stakeholders;

  • Very good command of English (B2/C1), enabling the writing of texts in English on various topics as well as proof reading and translations of such texts;

  • You will be a good fit for the position if you have personality to identify opportunities and turn them into reality.

Would be great if you have

  • Interest in IT / software solutions and experience in working in an IT company;

  • Experience or interest in Employer Branding and professional Social Media presence - to make our brand known among our potential employees;

  • Experience in cooperation with universities or tech communities;

  • Confidence as  communicator and influencer, both verbally and in writing;

  • Proven creative problem solving skills and high level of personal resilience.

Our offer

  • Full-time Job;

  • Remuneration: 7000 - 9000 depending on seniority and experience;
